CatholicCare NT is seeking an EEAI Coordinator and RAES Case Worker to lead the EEAI team in Santa Teresa, ensuring delivery of services under the EEAI Framework. You will coordinate the RAES program, support job seekers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve education and employment outcomes.

You will conduct appointments, help develop Job Plans, and assist with resumes, applications, and referrals, while supporting culturally appropriate engagement with Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Proven cultural competency, especially with Indigenous communities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EEAI team to meet program objectives and ensure effective service delivery.
• Conduct appointments with job seekers and develop/update Job Plans.
• Assist job seekers with resumes, applications and referrals to services; prepare for future employment.
