Job summary

CatholicCare NT is recruiting for a Job Coach within the Remote Australia Employment Services Program (RAES). The role focuses on coaching and mentoring job seekers, assessing skill sets, and developing employment opportunities.

Travel to remote communities such as Santa Teresa, Titjikala and Finke is required, with overnight stays as needed. The program partners with local communities to provide intensive case management and meaningful employability opportunities, supporting people who are

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to prepare case notes and reports.
Demonstrated ability to use technology including MSWord, Outlook and various apps, software and systems.
Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
Ability to meet funding requirements and targets for job placements.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor and support job seekers in employment success.
Source vacancies from employers and assist applicants with applications.
Support travel to remote communities and provide intake in partnership with RAES program.
