Job summary

Randstad Australia is recruiting a Claims Officer for the RAES program, based in Darwin's Darwin Support Office (East Arm), with occasional travel to remote Indigenous communities. You will be the engine room for employment outcome claims, calculating, lodging, and tracking 52-week outcomes, while coordinating with site teams and employers to ensure every participant's job success is recognized and funded.

This role requires sharp analytical skills, solid experience with ECSN/ESS or similar

Qualifications

• Experience with employment service systems (ECSN/ESS) and Excel.
• Background in customer service, senior admin, or claims processing.
• Willingness to travel to remote Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, lodge, and secure employment outcome claims in ECSN/ESS.
• Support employers and remote site teams to track payslips and resolve issues.
• Track project budgets and process monthly payments to stakeholders.
• Perform internal data audits and deliver weekly/monthly tracking reports.
• Maintain participant datasheets and ensure accurate program records.
