• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse cultural groups.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team with cultural competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EEAI team to meet program objectives and ensure service delivery.
• Conduct appointments with job seekers and develop/update individual Job Plans.
• Assist job seekers with resumes, applications, and referrals to relevant services.
