Children First Early Education Walkervale in Bundaberg is seeking casual Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educators to join our team. You will create an inclusive, safe learning environment and support the educational program to meet each child’s needs. Flexibility for early openings or late finishes is required, with strong commitment to EYLF and NQF standards.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualifications.

Children First Early Education Walkervale is committed to providing excellence in high-quality care for children and families, which in turn shapes each child's future and lays the foundation for success in their learning and development. We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a casual basis!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
• You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
