Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying) required.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Essential

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying).

Desirable

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous experience working in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of, or interest in, Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
• Experience contributing to children's learning documentation and programs.

Experience with Reggio Emilia is welcomed but not essential. We're happy to support and grow with educators who share our values and passion for meaningful learning.
