Job summary

Bush Kidz Brassall is seeking an Educator (Certificate III Qualified) to support high-quality, play-based learning programs and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families. You will work with Lead Educators to create engaging environments and observe children’s progress.

To succeed, hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be studying towards it), understand EYLF and NQS, and have Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, plus Geccko

About the Role

As an Educator (Certificate III Qualified), you will:

• Support the implementation of high-quality, play-based educational programs
• Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and your team to create engaging learning environments
• Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning and development
• Ensure safe, inclusive and nurturing environments at all times
• Actively participate in a supportive, team-oriented centre culture

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively studying towards it)
• Have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
• Have current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
• Have current Child Protection training - Geccko - course 1,2,3 and 4
• Be committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice
• Bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, initiative, and a committed team-first mindset
