Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a part-time Early Childhood educator for St Francis Xavier Kindergarten in Goodna. This permanent role aligns with school term hours, offering a stable schedule and meaningful impact on children and families.

You will work within a welcoming team at a standalone 22-place kindergarten, supporting wellbeing, play-based learning, and inclusive practice while sharing school holidays with families.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Hold a current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR including Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
• Hold National Safeguarding Training (Geccko) or be willing to complete.

About Us

St Francis Kindergarten is a standalone 22-place kindergarten located on the grounds of St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School, Goodna. We operate during school terms (40 weeks per year), giving our team the same school holiday breaks as families.

Our kindy features expansive natural outdoor play areas and thoughtfully designed learning spaces that inspire creativity, curiosity, and exploration. At St Francis Xavier Kindergarten, every child's individuality is valued, their voices are heard, and their learning journey is celebrated in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
