Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare in Springfield Lakes is seeking qualified educators to deliver play-based learning for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. You will join a warm, inclusive team located on-site at Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School and contribute to a caring, faith‑based learning environment.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or Diploma, a current Queensland Blue Card, and show enthusiasm for ongoing professional growth within a supportive Catholic community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Children Services or Diploma (or working towards as per ACECQA guidelines).
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Knowledge of childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
• Passion for education and care of children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
• Effective workplace communication skills.
• Completion of Child Safety Courses 1 & 2 (mandatory); Courses 3 & 4 highly regarded.
