Job summary

Busy Bees Cameron Park is seeking a passionate Educator for a fixed-term full-time role at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285. You will support play-based learning under EYLF, foster safe, inclusive environments and build strong relationships with children and families.

Applicants should hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR and WWCC for NSW, with Australia-based experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Educator (Full-Time) Fixed-Term (03-05-2027) | $29.57 – $36.41 per hour | Cameron Park, NSW

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park , located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285 , on a Fixed Term full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
