Job summary

Busy Bees Montrose in Queensland seeks a passionate Educator to deliver high-quality early learning experiences. You’ll support EYLF play-based learning, foster an inclusive, safe environment and build positive relationships with children, families and your team.

The role is full-time or part-time, with opportunities for career progression within Busy Bees and access to ongoing professional development and child-safety training. You’ll join a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check required.
• Experience as Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with NQS.

Educator (Full-Time) | $33.87 – $38.14 per hour | Montrose

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Montrose , located at 12 Leith Rd , on a full-time/part-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
