Catholic Early EdCare's St Finbarr's Outside School Hours Care in Ashgrove is seeking a Casual Educator to support before and after school and vacation care. You’ll provide nurturing care, support safety, and help deliver play-based learning experiences that reflect each child's interests.

You will work with a friendly team across CEEC's 130+ services, have access to split shifts for work-life balance, and enjoy staff discounts and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services would be desirable.
• Passion for education and care of school aged children in a play-based setting.
• Knowledge of national quality framework (My Time Our Place) desirable.
• Blue Card (Working with Children) required.

We’re looking for a Casual Educator to join our team at St Finbarr's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Ashgrove!

At St Finbarr's OSHC, we provide before school, after school, and vacation care.

Our programs are designed to cater to each child's unique age, interests, skills, and abilities. With a flexible, child-initiated approach, we encourage free play and provide a variety of experiences- both indoors and outdoors, as well as individual and group activities.

Job Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable.
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based
• Knowledge of national quality framework, My Time Our Place is desirable.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko 1-2 & 3-4).
