Goodstart Albury invites you to join a Traineeship Program that leads to a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. It’s a Full-Time, 18-month training contract with a salary up to AU$31.36 per hour plus super.

You’ll learn from our Centre Leadership Team and Educators while contributing to safe, supportive environments for children, and you’ll be supported to complete the qualification. Eligible for permanent employment on completion; training fees are funded by Goodstart.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Permanent right to work in Australia.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Interest in early years education.
• Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
• Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive).

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
