Job summary

Goodstart Middle Ridge is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team and support high‑quality early learning. You’ll collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences across diverse rooms, from Nursery to Kindergarten.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity so every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

You’ll need
