Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking a casual Educator to support our Mt Lawley team. The role offers flexible hours between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of $38.71–$47.68.

You’ll help deliver engaging play-based learning aligned to EYLF in a safe and inclusive environment. Experience in Australian education is valued, along with relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis) and WWCC for WA.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current WWCC-WWVP for WA.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Mt Lawley on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
