Job summary

Goodstart Redland Bay is seeking an Educator (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education) to join our team. You’ll help design and deliver engaging learning experiences for children, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader.

This full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers paid professional development, a 5% above award rate, and benefits such as parental leave, staff discounts, and wellbeing days.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
