Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Diploma Educator for Goodstart South Nowra to join our long-standing team. You will work across all rooms, helping craft and enhance learning programs alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader, ensuring safe, inclusive experiences for every child.

You'll contribute to a nurturing environment, fulfil the current NSW requirements, and benefit from a permanent, full-time roster Monday to Friday (38 hours) with a rotating shift pattern between 6am

Qualifications

• Diploma (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Join a long-standing team as a Diploma Educator, working across all rooms in the centre.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft exceptional learning programs.
• Maintain safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.
