Job summary

Goodstart Griffith – Coolah Street is hiring a full-time Educator to join our team in Griffith, NSW. You’ll work 38 hours per week with a fixed-term contract through June 2027, delivering engaging learning experiences under Senior Educators and our Educational Leader.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality learning experiences under the guidance of Senior Educators and Educational Leader.
• Contribute to safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environments.
• Support programming and activities across the learning spaces to promote child development.

• Our service is a 44-place centre, conveniently located in the heart of Griffith.
• We offer dedicated off-the-floor programming time for our Educators
• Our centre is a beautiful building, with large outdoor education spaces.
