Job summary

Coolum Beach Christian College invites applications for an Educational Support Officer (Teacher Aide) to support our Learning Enrichment Team across our College (Primary and Secondary) to commence Term 4 2026 with ongoing role for 2027.

Applicants must hold a Certificate in Education Support, have a current Blue Card or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement, and bring experience communicating with students.

Qualifications

Certificate in Education Support is required.
Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one before start date.
Experience communicating effectively with students.
Experience working with intervention programs such as Maqlit (Preferred).
Empathy with, and understanding of, students with diverse needs (Highly desirable).
Be comfortable in actively demonstrating their Christian faith.
