Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Experience or understanding of leading educational practice in early childhood settings.
• Current TAS Working with Vulnerable People Card.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform)

Responsibilities

• Observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
• Deepen the team’s understanding of child development and early years content.
• Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and lead transformative changes.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to champion excellence in practice.
