Job summary

Goodstart is seeking an Educator in Hobart, TAS to join our team full-time. You will craft and enhance innovative learning programs with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader, prioritising safety, inclusivity and positive learning experiences for every child.

Qualifications

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Current TAS Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP).
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

Craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
Work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support learning.
Prioritize safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives.
Contribute to learning experiences that make children feel valued.
