Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educator at Goodstart Blackmans Bay (Tasmania) to contribute to high‑quality early childhood education. You will work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft engaging learning programs that support safety, inclusivity and child development.

The role offers full‑time permanent employment (38 hours/week) with a pay range of $35.44–$39.91 per hour, superannuation and benefits, plus scholarships of up to $3,000 for eligible educators pursuing

Formación

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current TAS Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to design and improve learning programs.
• Ensure child safety and inclusive practices across learning activities.
• Support families and create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.

Conocimientos
