Expeditions Early Learning Journey – Raceview QLD is seeking an Educational Leader to help shape the educational culture of our brand-new Raceview 2 service. This is an exciting chance to work with the Centre Director and Educators from day one to establish high-quality practices aligned with EYLF.

You will mentor staff, support child-led learning, and foster collaboration across the team while building strong relationships with children and families.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Experience in programming, curriculum development and reflective practice.
• Experience mentoring and supporting Educators.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Current Child Protection training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Mentor Educators in programming, documentation and reflective practice.
• Support engaging, child-led learning environments.
• Champion critical reflection and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and leadership team.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and Educators.
• Help establish a positive and consistent educational culture across our new service.
