St Nicholas invites an Educational Leader to guide the development and execution of the Educational Program and Practice across its Chisholm service. You will mentor educators, foster professional growth, and drive inclusive, engaging learning environments for all children.

The role emphasizes leadership in curriculum, continuous improvement, and collaboration with Pedagogy and Quality Assurance teams to stay aligned with sector trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in communication, both verbal and written.
• Proactive in implementing curriculum and leading practice.
• Knowledge of NQF, EYLF, child protection and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Educational Program and Practice.
• Mentor educators through professional dialogue, reflection and learning experiences.
• Support capacity-building for continuous improvement across learning environments.
• Collaborate with Pedagogy and Quality Assurance to align practices with standards.
