Only About Children Glebe is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, room leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.

You will foster a culture of inquiry, support assessment and planning cycles, and strengthen documentation to ensure children's voices, cultures and rights are seen and respected. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and impact across the campus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding teams of educators
• Mentoring and coaching of room leaders and teachers
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, Child Safe Standards and inclusive practice
• Knowledge of curriculum theory and educational leadership
• Confidence mentoring educators and leading reflection
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Working with Children Check and relevant clearance

Responsibilities

• Help educators listen to children's voices, cultures and interests.
• Guide assessment and planning cycle to clarify progress.
• Strengthen documentation, intentional teaching and reflection.
• Connect family input with curriculum decisions.
• Champion children's participation and rights.
• Contribute to campus QIP, self-assessment and Assessment and Rating preparation.
• Build educator confidence through coaching and inquiry.
