Job summary

Only About Children Charlemont is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.

You will champion children's voices, strengthen observation, documentation and assessment cycles, and build educator confidence through coaching and inquiry, in a community that values inclusion, curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
• Ability to mentor educators and lead reflection.
• Experience leading a room or team in a child-care setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.
• Strengthen documentation, intentional teaching and reflection to deepen children's learning.
• Engage families by connecting input, observations and curriculum decisions.
• Support assessment and planning cycles and champion children’s participation.
• Contribute to QIP, self-assessment and Assessment and Rating preparation.
