The role focuses on developing and implementing the Educational Program within the St Nicholas Service, with leadership from Pedagogy and Quality Assurance teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive in implementing curriculum.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within Children Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the Educational Program and Practice.
• Motivate, support and mentor educators through professional conversations and reflection.
• Develop engaging and inclusive learning environments for all children.
• Provide leadership support through Pedagogy and Quality Assurance teams.
