Job summary

Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (Dip or ECT) to mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and drive high quality early childhood education across the centre.

You will lead on-the-floor coaching, support programming aligned with EYLF and NQS, build strong relationships with children and families, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC and required safety certifications (First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS and proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support.
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS, and all relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture.
