Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a Part Time Educational Leader/Educator for St Benedict's OSHC in Mango Hill, Queensland. You will lead curriculum development, mentor staff, and promote children’s learning in a safe, engaging setting with supportive leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding teaching goals, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment with MY TIME OUR PLACE while maintaining strong partnerships with families and the broader school community.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (desirable).
• Previous Educational Leader experience preferred with MY TIME OUR PLACE understanding.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification; Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Blue Card and Child Protection training required.

• Lead the development of the curriculum and set clear goals for teaching and learning.
• Mentor and lead staff to contribute to program development and implementation.
• Promote children's learning and development to families.

Educational Leader/Educator - Mango Hill

Join St. Benedict's OSHC in Mango Hill! We're seeking an experienced educator for the role of Educational Leader. Exciting opportunity awaits!

Located within St Benedict'sPrimary School, our 150 placed service offers easy access to various facilities, including an outdoor multi-purpose court, indoor hall, grassed oval, and playgrounds. As a part of our OSHC team, you will contribute to a safe and fun environment that meets the diverse needs of children, families, and staff. Our services operates between 6:30am and 9:00am Before School Care and 2:30pm-6:00pm After School Care, Vacation Care 6:30am -6:00pm

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Educational Leader/Educator to join the team atSt BenedictsOutside School Hours Care. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting primary school-aged children's wellbeing, learning and development, while growing their leadership experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with an experienced Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator and a dedicated team of educators who are committed to providing high-quality care in a fun, safe and engaging setting.

Job Requirements:

• A Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (desirable)
• Previous experience as an Educational Leader preferred with an understanding of MY TIME OUR PLACE framework.
• Current First Aid and CPR CertificationAsthma/Anaphylaxis(or willingness to obtain)
• Current Paid Blue Card
• Child Protection Training is a requirement of this role.
• Must be available Monday- Friday
• Lead the development of the curriculum and ensure the establishment of clear goals and expectations for teaching and learning
• Mentor, guide, and lead all staff so they can contribute to and participate in the effective development and implementation of the educational program
• Promote children's learning and development to families
