Job summary

The Grove Academy Edgeworth is seeking an Educational Leader to inspire and guide our educators in delivering high-quality early childhood programs. You’ll lead implementation of the Grove Theory curriculum, creating a dynamic learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators.
• A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for inspiring learning and innovation.
• Strong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting.
• Ability to identify and respond to risks to children’s safety.
• Completed the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).
• Successful applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
