Explorers Early Learning Group is seeking an Educational Leader for Explorers Mount Cottrell to lead curriculum programming and mentor educators in a supportive leadership team. You will develop learning environments that spark curiosity, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain meaningful documentation of children's growth and achievements.

This off-the-floor leadership role emphasizes collaborative leadership, professional development, and delivering high-quality early childhood

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Strong understanding of Reggio Emilia approach and EYLF/NQS frameworks.
• Experience mentoring educators and leading curriculum programming.
• Strong documentation and child development assessment skills.
• Commitment to child safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Centre Director to bring Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum to life.
• Mentor and support educators in every room to shine in their roles.
• Develop learning environments that spark creativity and curiosity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations while upholding company values.
• Maintain precise, meaningful documentation of children’s growth and achievements.
• Lead child safety initiatives and foster positive learning outcomes.
