Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• At least 2 years as Educational Leader.

We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) ready to step into an impactful leadership role. The ECT would also be the Educational Leader and will guide the team, foster excellence in early learning, and uphold high-quality educational standards.

About you

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
• Experience as an Educational Leader for minimum 2 years
• Proven track record of navigating the Assessment & Rating process with a minimum outcome of Meeting National Quality Standard
• Strong leadership capability to mentor educators, inspire growth, and guide curriculum development
• Exceptional time efficiency, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
