Paisley Park Early Learning Centres in Templestowe invites applications for an Educational Leader to drive teaching excellence and mentor educators within a 120-place long day care. You will work with the leadership team to implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, while supporting observations, reflective practice and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or an Early Childhood Degree.
• Graduate Diploma holders with 3+ years working directly with children in an Australian ELC.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and improvement of the educational program (EYLF & NQS, QA 1) for 3–5 year olds.
• Mentor Educators to plan, document and assess children’s learning through observations and intentional teaching.
• Model best practice in pedagogy, inclusive education and play-based learning.
• Support compliance, documentation and assessment requirements and contribute to the QIP.
• Engage in reflective practice, professional learning and staff development discussions.
