Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in NSW is seeking an Educational Leader to influence change within a supportive Centre Leadership Team and drive best practice in early childhood education. You will lead programming, support professional growth through coaching and mentoring, shape teaching quality across the network, and help develop the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

Qualifications

Completion of national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform.
Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
Experience in the early years sector desired.
Valid Working with Children’s Check or state equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead programming in a world-class centre and influence resource decisions.
Shape and strengthen teaching quality across Guardian network through program development and leadership.
Drive growth with coaching, mentoring, and clear career pathways.
Lead quality improvement via the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.
