Job summary

Cottage Kids Community Preschool in Berkeley Vale NSW is seeking an Educational Leader (Diploma / ECT) for a full-time role. The position blends on‑the‑floor teaching with off‑the‑floor service leadership and centre improvement planning.

You will work with a small, family‑owned team to inspire play‑based learning, mentor staff, and contribute to decision making. Applicants should hold a Diploma or ACECQA‑recognised ECT and have current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA qualification recognised for Educational Leader.
• Experience leading early childhood teams and mentoring staff.
• Commitment to play-based, child-centred learning and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor teaching and off-the-floor service leadership tasks.
• Mentor staff and contribute to centre improvement plans.

Cottage Kids Community Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated lead educator to join our team as the Educational Leader.

This permanent full position includes both on-the-floor teaching and off-the-floor responsibilities supporting service leadership and management. You'll work closely with our team to inspire growth, nurture curiosity, and build a strong sense of community among children, families, and staff.
