Job summary

anzuk Education is seeking an Assistant Director / Educational Leader for Onkaparinga to join a small privately owned ELC in a permanent full-time role or minimum 30 hours per week. You will lead across the early learning and OSHC programs (about 50 children) working closely with the owner and Nominated Supervisor to drive quality, compliance and occupancy growth.

The role offers pathways to a future Director position, with regular planning time and professional development opportunities within

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or ECT qualification.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and compliance requirements.
• Experience in capacity building, occupancy growth, A&R, QIPs, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the early learning and OSHC program for ~50 children.
• Drive quality, compliance and occupancy growth.
• Collaborate with the owner and Nominated Supervisor.
• Take on Educational Leader responsibilities as required.
• Support programming planning and continuous improvement.
