Only About Children in Woori Yallock is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.
You’ll lead professional learning, champion children's voices and partner with families to align observations with curriculum decisions, while supporting self-assessment, QIP and Assessment and Rating preparation.
When my educators keep wondering, I keep discovering.
They notice what I enjoy.
They follow my questions.
They make space for my culture, my ideas, my voice and my way of learning.
They see I am not just playing. I am thinking, testing, imagining, moving, feeling and growing.
At Only About Children Woori Yallock, you can help guide that kind of practice.
We're looking for a reflective, inspiring and practice-focused Educational Leader.
At Woori Yallock, my day feels calm, local and close to nature. I arrive in the Yarra Valley, near Woori Yallock Primary School, parks, buses and parking. The renovated campus feels warm and connected to the natural world around me.
I learn in four indoor spaces and play outside with a sandpit and outdoor dining space. I can visit local parks, walk to school for transitions and join Bush Kinder with a nature and culture focus. This is where I feel happy, safe and ready to grow, surrounded by community, open space and outdoor discovery.
At OAC, they say You're The Difference.
I think that means you help my educators see me clearly. You help them ask better questions, listen to my ideas and keep learning, so I can keep growing.
I need educators who keep learning with me.
As Educational Leader, you will guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.
I need to feel safe before I can learn, play and grow.
At OAC, child safety comes first. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and harm. Everyone who joins the team must help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive place where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.
You will need to complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks. OAC welcomes people from all backgrounds who share this commitment.
