Job summary

Only About Children Griffin is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators.

You will support curriculum, reflection and quality learning, listen to children's voices, involve families, and contribute to assessment and rating readiness. This role opens as Griffin prepares for 2026 growth and six age-based learning spaces.

Qualifications

• Qualified early childhood educator with working knowledge of EYLF/NQF/Child Safe Standards.
• Proven ability to mentor educators and lead reflective practice.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, room leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.
• Support assessment and planning cycles to strengthen children's learning.
• Strengthen documentation, intentional teaching and reflection to enhance learning outcomes.
• Engage families and connect family input with curriculum decisions.
• Champion children's participation and rights.
• Contribute to QIP, self-assessment and Assessment and Rating preparation.
• Foster educator growth through coaching and inquiry.

We're looking for a reflective, inspiring and practice-focused Educational Leader.

About our Griffin campus

At Griffin, my campus is getting ready for new stories. Planned to open in 2026, my campus will be on Wesley Road in a growing Moreton Bay community. It will have six age-based learning spaces, new resources and an expansive outdoor yard made for children from babies to preschoolers.

I will be able to learn in spaces designed for my stage and play outside where I can move, imagine and discover. The grown-ups who join Griffin will help build the routines, relationships and little traditions that make a campus feel safe. This is where new beginnings can grow.

About the role

I need educators who keep learning with me.

As Educational Leader, you will guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.

What you'll bring

• Early Childhood Teaching qualification preferred, or Diploma or higher.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, Child Safe Standards and inclusive practice.
• Understanding of curriculum theory and educational leadership.
• Confidence mentoring educators and leading reflection.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
