Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Kilsyth is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to shape young minds in a warm, supportive team.

You’ll bring an ACECQA‑approved qualification, VIC WWCC, and a solid understanding of the National Quality Framework to deliver engaging learning experiences with Guardian’s To BE Me program. This role offers above‑award pay, career progression, and a culture that recognises outstanding practice.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher Registration/ Accreditation (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• WWCC (VIC) current.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Guardian’s learning spaces and deliver the To BE Me programs.
• Support your team to develop best practice in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to shape and evolve learning programs.
• Engage families and track children's development and learning progress.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable)
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).
