Wanneroo Secondary College is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead its Education Support program and work with the Principal and leadership team. You will deliver high-quality, differentiated learning for students with disability, focusing on positive behaviour support, risk management and safe learning environments.

You will coach and mentor staff, strengthen school inclusion strategies, and foster partnerships with families and community agencies to support post-school pathways.

Formación

• Be registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
• Experience leading Education Support programs and inclusive education.
• Ability to develop differentiated and individualized learning plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic educational leadership within Education Support and across the College.
• Lead high-quality, differentiated learning programs for students with disability.
• Drive positive behaviour support, risk management and safe, inclusive environments.
• Build staff capability through coaching and mentoring and promote whole-school inclusion.
