• Experience contributing to positive behaviour strategies.
• Experience with case management and practical classroom supports.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, provide guidance and practical support to other Education Assistants.
• Deliver worksite induction and training for Education Assistants.
• Model effective practice and provide feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and School Psychologists on student plans.
• Support high-quality learning programs and, where appropriate, off-site supervision.
