Job summary

Living Waters Lutheran College seeks a Dean of Education Enterprise & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Secondary School, aligning governance, compliance, and performance with a Christ-centred learning community. The role includes a teaching allocation up to 0.4 FTE to remain connected with the classroom while guiding College-wide improvement.

Qualifications

• Master of Education or Master of Educational Leadership.
• Current Teacher Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA.
• Proven leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and school improvement.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to use data to drive improvement and informed decision making.
• Commitment to a Christ-centred ethos and mission of the College.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and enterprise programs for the Secondary School.
• Oversee timetabling, staffing allocations, teaching loads, and resource management.
• Governance, policy development, compliance, accreditation, and risk management processes.
• Drive data-informed decision making through reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate subject selection, curriculum handbooks, and academic administration.
• Lead operational planning for major Secondary School events (Year 12 Graduation, PTIs, Academic Assemblies).
• Support strategic school improvement through collaborative leadership and stakeholder engagement.
