We are seeking an experienced and visionary Dean of Teaching and Learning to join our Senior Secondary Leadership Team. As a key member of the Secondary Leadership Team, you will lead the strategic direction of teaching and learning across the College, driving high-quality pedagogical practice, curriculum excellence, and data-informed improvement initiatives that enhance student outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Secondary, the Dean of Teaching and Learning provides strategic leadership across all aspects of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, academic achievement, and teacher professional growth. The role includes a teaching allocation of up to 0.4 FTE, enabling the successful candidate to remain connected to classroom practice while leading whole-school improvement initiatives.
