Job summary

Sexual Health Victoria (SHV) is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Education to join our Education Services team in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).

You will be the first contact for education clients, delivering exceptional service, coordinating bookings, registrations and timetables to support SHV’s education programs across Victoria. The role requires strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Proficiency with CRMs and booking systems.
• Experience with databases and student management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email and other channels.
• Manage education bookings and enquiries from schools, community organisations and health professionals.
• Schedule educators and coordinate timetabling to support service delivery.
• Process registrations, enrolments and course completion certificates.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting information.
• Support invoicing, payments and general administrative processes.
• Coordinate logistics for education sessions, including venues, accommodation, catering and resources.
• Contribute to review and improvement of administrative systems and customer communications.
