Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Learning Coach for Harris Park to support young people in education, training and employment opportunities. Based at Foyer Central in Chippendale, you’ll deliver learning activities, mentor participants and collaborate with Youth Development Coaches to build strong partnerships with providers and community services.

You will guide learners through education pathways, use trauma‑informed and strengths‑based approaches, and help participants achieve their individual

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences or demonstrated relevant experience working with young people.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Understanding of trauma‑informed and strengths‑based practice with a willingness to embrace Advantaged Thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and facilitate structured and informal learning opportunities.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to young people.
• Build strong partnerships with education providers, employers and community organisations.
• Support young people to identify and pursue education, training and employment goals.
