Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team in Victoria for contract, casual, or permanent positions. You will deliver technical support services to the Department of Education through the TSSP, supporting schools across the region.

These roles require significant experience, especially within TSSP or education ICT, and involve administering complex enterprise environments, networks, and devices in classrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ICT industry experience, preferably in education or TSSP.
• Experience within the TSSP program or education ICT is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
