Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced IT specialists to deliver technical support for the Department of Education through the TSSP in Victorian schools. Roles are not entry-level and require at least five years in IT, with experience in education ICT and large enterprise environments.

You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex networks across multiple sites. Flexible contracts and ongoing opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience; TSSP or education-sector ICT experience preferred.
• Experience in managing ICT infrastructure in schools and enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
