Job summary

Bytewize seeks highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victorian schools.

You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer enterprise environments while collaborating with school leadership. Flexible employment options include contract, casual, or permanent roles with top rates based on skills and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICT experience in education or government settings.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with MDM deployment and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks.
• 1:1 and BYOD device planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
