Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks specialist technicians for the Technical Support to Schools Program to manage school IT infrastructure, networks, servers and user devices in an enterprise education setting.

Experience within TSSP or education sector is essential; strong Windows, Apple, Hyper-V, and Cisco networking skills are required for ongoing school-based ICT support and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year industry experience with TSSP or education sector experience required.
• Experience administering Windows and Apple devices on an enterprise scale.
• Experience with Hyper-V and Windows/Linux servers.
• Strong networking skills including Cisco/HP switches.
• Experience planning 1:1 and BYOD deployments in enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Windows and Apple devices on an enterprise scale.
• Administer Hyper-V virtualized server environments.
• Maintain Windows and Linux based servers.
• Operate high-level enterprise network administration (Cisco/HP).
• Administer Cisco wireless technologies, controllers and APs.
• Provide ICT support to staff and students in large learning environments.
