Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals for Specialist Technicians supporting the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). Roles involve managing IT infrastructure in schools, admin of network/server environments, and ICT support for staff and students in large learning environments.

These are not entry-level positions; a minimum of 1 year of industry experience with TSSP or education sector, or equivalent enterprise experience is essential

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year industry experience; TSSP or education sector experience preferred.
• Contract and ongoing roles to support Department of Education schools.
• Experience with Windows, Apple devices, Hyper-V, and server administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure in Department of Education schools.
• Administer school network and server infrastructure.
• Provide ICT support to staff and students in large ICT environments.
